Thank you for asking. Yes, you would have the exclusive use of the apartment, including all the facilities that you mention and a whole lot more. Only the main front door, front steps and hall and footpath to the street are communal. See you soon

Hello, Were you to attempt this, you would need to make and pay for the reservation first and then cancel it. But beware of the fees that might be charged, but beware of the cancellation policy in situ at the time. Not recommended by booking.com!

Superlative Experience !!
The apartment is a lovely mid-Victorian converted terrace house on Elsham Road - a quiet residential tree lined street. Its a super spacious, airy, bright apartment and was pristine clean on my arrival. I could feel the positive vibes the moment I entered. It was well equipped with everything one would want for - dishwasher, washer & dryer, kitchenware, oven, microwave, refrigerator, smart tv, bedding....and everything worked perfectly ! It has plenty of storage space and is great for long stays. I stayed here for almost 3 months and had absolutely no regrets. The location was just perfect - walkable to the tube stations and the Westfield Shepherds Bush Mall - the best shopping mall in London ! All the London attractions were within a 5-6 km radius. Its also walkable to the ever happening Kensington High Street. There are several great eating places around and a supermarket for daily needs just a few steps away. Holland Park is a lovely upmarket area and I simply loved the neighborhood. Plenty of parks around for a lovely stroll. Perfectly safe. The highlight of the stay however was my host Martin. He is a absolute fine gentleman and I can't praise him enough for making the stay so comfortable. He is a well known ex-BBC presenter and also an author. This was truly one of my finest stays ever ! Thank you Martin. Would surely visit again !

Felt like home from home, warm, comfortable and spacious with good amenities.
The location is great, central to shops, venues, amenities; Holland park is nearby and lovely. The flat is comfortable, spacious enough and well furnished. The kitchen is small but well designed and kitted out. The host was pleasant, helpful and friendly. The apartment was well heated and homely.
Thicker black out curtains to cut out street lighting and dampen the noise of the road the bedroom is situated towards, would help improve sleeping soundly; better sound insulation from and for the neighbours so we could all relax better; the apartment has some fixtures and fittings that are a bit tired and shabby, needing replacement. The whole apartment could have been cleaner. It felt like being at home so made me question the label 'luxury'.
